Hey! First of all, I want to apologize for my English. It's not my native language, and I'm definitely not the best YouTuber or entertainer. 😄 I actually recorded a gameplay video because I enjoy giving feedback to indie developers, so I hope some of it is useful!
Overall, I really enjoyed Feed the Barn. The atmosphere and horror are genuinely intense. There were several moments where I knew something bad was probably waiting for me, and I honestly hesitated before moving forward. That's exactly the kind of tension good horror should create, so props to you! 👏
A few things I noticed while playing:
At the very beginning, the game is quite dark. I wasn't sure if I was still looking at a loading screen or if the game had already started. Maybe making the opening a little brighter would help players immediately realize they're in control.
The objective text in the top-left corner could be a little clearer. Sometimes I wasn't completely sure what the game wanted me to do next.
Near the end, I got the objective to feed the barn with the sheep, but I couldn't interact with them or complete the objective. I assume this was just a bug.
I also found navigation a bit difficult. I spent quite a while trying to find the Bucket and got lost several times. Maybe a few more environmental landmarks or subtle visual guidance could help players find their way without removing the feeling of exploration.
Other than those polish issues, I had a really good time. The horror atmosphere is definitely the strongest part of the game. You made me feel uncomfortable in all the right ways, and that's not easy to achieve.
Great job overall! I'm looking forward to seeing how Feed the Barn evolves. Keep up the great work!
I really liked the idea. Unfortunately, the environment is so incredibly dark/hard to see that you feel like you're finding everything just by pure luck. It starts right at the beginning when you're supposed to find a bucket near the shed. I assumed it would be by the shed, not out in the middle of a field. Then, when I stumbled upon the sheep by accident and went to the barn to feed it, I couldn't drop it off or turn it in anywhere. It's all really frustrating, and that was the breaking point where I quit the game. On a positive note, I liked the idea with the scarecrow—that made things a bit more exciting.
Thank you so much for your support! This was just a small practice project that I now consider complete, but I’d love to hear any feedback you have to help me learn and improve both this game and my future work. Stay tuned for the next project!

Has the issue with dropping sheep already been fixed? Or the overview in the game?"

Thanks so much for trying out my game!
Reading your comment made me realize there was a visibility issue, which I will fix immediately.
As for the sheep task, I’ve just realized I hid a crucial item!
I’ll get to work on fixing all the issues right away!
I'm keeping an eye on your game because I think it has a ton of potential. Keep at it!
